im not a sci-fi girlie so this was a lil tough to get into at first (honestly idk why i didnt ease into the genre w a ya 😭) so it was a lil confusing at times (esp w keeping track of the characters) but i rly enjoyed it more than i expected tbh and def gonna try more scifi books this year

also will say that i loveeeee julian but he deserves better than magnolia so i am nawt rooting for them at all skdhksjs and like as much as i hate bj and magnlia too why lie (but nawt as much as bj tho) they absolutely deserve each other bc theyre soooo toxic and no one else should suffer their wrath 😭

i was sooooo excited for this book and thought it would be a top tier for me esp bc i thought the angst would hit so well but im honestly just disappointed. i didnt rly like the pacing and i keep going back and forth on whether or not i like the mcs but idk. also i felt like their relationship progression (email and irl) was just weird (

def kept me on the edge but dont think i rly liked this storyline as much as the other books tbh and sometimes it would get v confusing and overwhelming with all the deaths n details n names
also i still dont care for dean like their relationship is so unbelievable to me like what do yall have in common besides being profilers fr i would be team michael but cassie doesnt even deserve him 😭🤚🏼
