Could have sworn Ottessa Moshfegh wrote this. It felt uncomfortable and grimy but also so introspective.
What a wild ride! Points off for a sad scene that I can't spoil.

Super cute, super quick read. Now I just need to watch the movie again for a refresher.

For some reason, I underestimated this book. And then I thought it would be like Everything, Everywhere All at Once. But I enjoying this! Loved the exploration of a multiverse and felt a lot of Five of Cups energy.

Did not know what to expect from this one, but absolutely loved the toxic friendship, going against societal norms, and female empowerment. Not to mention the commentary on corruption, social class, etc
The Curse of Saints by Kate Dramis

Love these characters. There was a lot of world building, so it was a slow start, but all of the twists and turns were great. Looking forward to continuing the journey with them

Definitely a beach read, despite all the murder. A lot of predictable plot points, but some of the humor was enjoyable.

This book had a slow start, but was a super fun read overall. I honestly can't really describe the book, other than I really appreciated how they referred to cats and their peets

This made me think differently about a lot of emotions, which was cool. But I'm not going to change the terms I use (I'm looking at you envy v. jealousy chapter)

This book took me longer than expected to get through, but I loved all of it. I need more cozy reads in my life, especially now, so I'd recommend this to anyone else who needs one.
