i love tjrs writing style, her books are so easy to digest but still so impactful. this book was so beautiful and seeing the was elsie and susan were able to come together and be family to each other was beautiful.

I wish these characters were written differently cause I don't think they were given justice. Also oh my god stop bringing up the age difference that made me almost not root for them. Also shaving scene made me want to crawl out of my skin so awkward
