I confess I was dreading this, and had left it to last in my pile of Adapted Screenplay nominee sources because of its size. And whilst yes it was a lengthy journey to get through it reading only a chapter or so a night, and with a smaller book sandwiched in the middle, I enjoyed it quite a lot. More heart and emotion than the film, and a lot more depth. Much less Strauss too.

Purchased before the allegations came out, just clearing out my Audible queue.
Brief Lives is a good, proper core part of the overall story, but if we’re honest whilst we might enjoy the one-off nature of the stories in Worlds’ End there’s not much actual story development there with so many of the back to back.
Also the way they do the procession at the end is confusing compared to the comics. I’ve read them multiple times and wasn’t sure what they were doing there.

Purchased on release, well before the allegations came out.
I just don’t think A Game of You is a great arc, and whilst it’s acted out well here it’s still probably the weakest of all the main arcs so far.
