The 12 Week Year: Get More Done in 12 Weeks than Others Do in 12 Months by Brian P. Moran

Authors bring up weight loss as an example - raging fatphobes. Very White Men. It made me uncomfortable. If only they took their own advice and stayed focused to relevant business examples to illustrate their exercises. What I will take away from this is their actual framework. I’ll get back again if it actually works. They have a field guide book, hopefully that’s a lot more concise and focused.

Vegan Savvy: The Expert's Guide to Nutrition on a Plant-Based Diet by Azmina Govindji

The book is informative on what vegans could do to enhance their nutrition. I’ll be referencing the nutrient bridges spread. The author talks about the nutritional  needs of men and women in a binary cisnormative fashion. In some pages she brings up weight management and BMI (which had proven to be historically racist and unreliable) so I’m not so sure whether the author is a raging anti-fat dietitian. This was written 4 years ago. So, I’m taking her advice with a pinch of salt (pun not intended).
