this book was okay. There were a few of parts where i cringed and had to literally force myself to keep going, but the rest of it was tolerable. Don't get me wrong, I liked some of it, but i also could not stand Lillian and I'm slightly mad the mc never cursed her out at least once because she really deserved it. Overall, this felt more like a cliche wattpad book, I definitely expected more from it. might change my rating later, but for now, 3/5⭐️

WOW. I'm actually kind of sad this series ended, but the ending was so good and heart warming. I laughed, smiled, and almost cried throughout this book and I wish i could go back in time and read it again. Ugh. 4.5/5⭐️

“Because I’m okay with you having ten other people be your favorite. But you’re always going to be my favorite person,” he finished. “Always. No matter what.”

I've seen a lot of mixed reviews on this book, and honestly I had conflicting feelings through it too. The first like 30% of the book was annoying me because of the writing style with the constant blinking and the way she referred to people as "the woman who gave birth to me" or "the man i've known for 13 years looked at me" rather than just calling them by their name. In short- the writing was annoying and repetitive, but it does get better after the first 30%. Had the writing been better, I might've given it a 4 or 5, but I gave it 3.75 stars because I loved the plot and romance regardless.

Ivan and jasmine's enemies-to-friends-to-lovers storyline was exactly what I wanted it to be, with jokes and banter and competitiveness. Watching them go from enemies to more was funny and cute and had me blushing and giggling just as much as I'd hoped it would. I also loved Jasmine's family and how funny and relatable their relationships were. One thing that did bug was me was how immature Jasmine's characters could be at times, but it didn't bother me much. I loved the last half of the book the most, but it definitely could've been better.

Other people might like this book more if they could get past the writing. However, this book may not be for everyone, and that's okay :)
