classic for a reason. such a raw and emotional book that at times felt like James Baldwin was writing my own thoughts and feelings which i thought could never be understood. the writing in this book and character development is amazing, such a layered book that has truly stood the test of time.

very insightful look at the effects of imperialism not only on a country but on its foot soldiers. a very hard read at times, had to skip some of the stories due to the content matters but i think this book is very important to gain a perspective on how the military grooms it’s soldiers into killing machines attempting to erase all feelings of morality in order to accomplish its imperialist goals.

loved this sooooo much, i was expecting something close to a bl or bara (and was kinda hoping for) but what i got was worth sm more. this was such a personal work that i’m glad was made as it shows the love life of gay men through a realistic scope navigating through relationship issues and homophobia. most mangas paint gay relationships in an unrealistic light of acceptance and zero problems aside from maybe a love triangle or a breakup, this manga shows just how lonely it can be even when ur out but aren’t experiencing the happiness u thought it would bring. i’m so glad this was made and i hope it can be a blueprint for all future bl mangas and mlm stories in general. 5/5! will be reading again some day

necessary and enjoyable read, any revolution without the emancipation of women is a failure.
