I really like the way this story was written and how the story unfolds. The beginning felt like you were getting an info dump so that was a lot all at once. The story was so different than anything I've read. The story felt like it dragged a little in some parts. All in all I enjoyed the book and all of the characters.

I really enjoyed this story and loved the characters and their development. This was a great set up for the next part of the story.

This is an interesting read and a great story. With that said, I wonder how much of this is factual and how much is embellished.

This was just a good time. Not serious but if you want a book to make you laugh this may be a good time for you.

This was a re-read for me. I forgot how fantastic this story is. I also forgot how much I love the characters.

I think my favorite part about this book was learning more information about Hanukkah. That is pretty much the end of what I liked about this book. Abby (FMC) is insufferable from start to finish. Seth (MMC) doesn’t have a personality. There were a lot of serious topics that were brought up in this book that were surface level discussed at best. Abby just wound up, running away from her problems again at the end of the book instead of actually dealing with them. The epilogue seems unnecessary and was just there to tie up the flimsy plot. Don’t recommend.

I enjoyed the story as well as the characters. It felt a little slow at times but overall the pacing was good. The ending was pretty predictable but this was a good set up for the second book. I look forward to reading book two.

This was a very unique story. I enjoyed watching it unfolded and how the two POV’s connected in the end.

This was such a fun book! I wasn’t sure if this was going to be for me but it was something a little different. The story was interesting and kept me guessing. I enjoyed the characters and thought the were well fleshed out for a pretty short book.
