What an adventure! I just finished the third book, and I just have to get out all of my thoughts.
This trilogy made me bipolar. I was something like: 'Oh how I loveee these books' and then ' I just don't understand I'm confused I hate it.'
But in the end, I think it was worth it. If I put aside the stuff I did not like (the writing style, some of the characters, the missing conclusion of the books, etc) then it is something you don't want to miss. It's a whole new world, with likeable (but usually nervwrecking) characters. I just know that this story will hunt me forever, and I can see myself rereading the trilogy a few more times in the future.

Reading this book was like buying a ticket to an amazing place, called Burma. Excellently written, with lovely characters, this book is everything if you need a once in a lifetime trip!
I can't believe that after all these years and books she still manages to shock me with her endless imagination, real life-like situations and extraordinar characters. Thank you Colleen for these universes you take me to through your books, I can't wait for you to write more amazing books!
