this took me forever to finish (i took 4 days off for spring break to do other stuff that wasn't listening to this audiobook). It was just okay. Her second book was much better. But I'm not super upset I read it, it's just that she is a bit annoying this book...

If i could rate this 2.5 stars that would be more accurate. I think the overall message of this book is solid. Boundaries are CRUCIAL (a lesson I learned the very hard way- yay for being an INFJ gets me every time lol). Setting boundaries is not un-Christian ( i never thought it was but i appreciate this book for stating that definitively some people need to hear that). however you can tell this book was written long ago. There are some things that are in the book that I don't think are applicable to the times we live in now, but it seems that the author would still call it a problem. I think there is a difference between offering support within your means and setting a hard boundary because someone is taking advantage of you which i think gets confused in this book at times. overall this was a needed reminder that setting boundaries is key, just some of the examples aren't so great.

Took it back old school now that I've seen the film and read the more recent versions. This was really cool to read. I appreciate reading comics at the start : ) i liked the story though it was a little weird at times. And I LOVED the graphics. that was rad haha.

Let me count the ways I loved this! My lord so good! It was one that I found very easy to follow. I loved getting to see Storm and T'Challa together. Shuri in the suit is LIFE! My only compliant is (i probably missed this) when the aliens come I didn't quite understand why they were trying to take over. That said the plot twist in that was EVERYTHING!!! I really enjoyed this though. I'm looking forward to reading more :)

This book is adorable! I loved the tips to make life more Hygge. The concept itself is adorable! And the book was an easy fun read even though it was full of stats and research!
