Loved the will they won’t they in the book, did feel really rushed in the end. Like they get married and have a whole life and kid in the last 10 pages, I don’t like a pregnancy trope anyway but it felt really really rushed.

Overall love but isn’t my favourite Emily Henry!

Nicely done YA book, didn’t love but also didn’t hate and talks about some pretty heavy topics extremely well!

Even though I did enjoy the book, I thought it dragged on a bit more than needed. The characters are very interesting to read but it does give a slight unrealistic feel because we only have Richard’s pov and he is essentially a outsider.

The academia aspect is nicely done, and I liked the reflection on Richard’s actions throughout the book a lot. I do think it’s good but I wouldn’t quickly pick it up again!

It’s just too boring and drags on so much! I might get back into it at some point but for right now I just can’t:(

What a truly masterful way to end the trilogy, getting darker with each twist but oh so well written!

Pip’s story continues in a interesting way again in this book and you can clearly feel her mind getting away from her at times. Story unfolds quite rapidly and I enjoyed it but it was just a bit too predictable for me personally. Did enjoy the refrence to what I’m sure believe is a criminal minds case ;)

Another great book and the closing in this trilogy that leaves me with more questions than answers at the end! I can’t wait to see where the story will continue in the next books :)

The story unfolds and unravels at a amazing pace and I can’t believe I waited this long to read it.

The way we get to know each of the Blackthorn siblings more in their own right and not just through Julian and Emma’s eyes is greatly done.

The interconnected stories of old and new that are woven into each other make me even more excited to keep reading but also sad that it’s gonna end soon:(

What a delight it is to step into a world that hasn’t changed since I last read the original series.

The follow up of the mortal instruments is as much about love, life, loss and growing up as I remember it and it feels so new and welcoming at the same time.

The pacing and the twists are powerfully written and had me hooked on every turn twist and word, I can’t wait to start the second book in this series!

Nice coming of age book, didn’t make me feel too much but then I am not a gay boy in my teens so makes sense. I can see how interesting and exploratory the book is but Ari’s pov drags on at times and I would’ve loved a change of pace somewhere in the writing.
