I thank the author for giving me an opportunity to read eARC.
To be honest, I was worried about Sebastian and Luna because of Tethered ending! However, Tormented presents an exceptional and captivating world-building that unravels a dark prophecy threatening the existence of both humans and vampires.
The story picks up right where book 1 left off, with Sebastian and Luna facing the consequences of his actions, which puts them in perilous situations at every turn. The Evil Queen demands their participation in deadly tournaments to prove Sebastian's loyalty, with each contest being more dangerous than the last, culminating in a fight-to-the-death game.
In addition to the thrilling action, Seb and Luna's relationship becomes more intense and passionate, with Luna's witty remarks and Seb's caring and patient nature towards his wife being particularly endearing. The romance is delivered in a toe-curling manner, with some sweet moments that had me giggling.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the story, with the suspense keeping me guessing until the very end. The cliffhanger truly impressed me, as it was much better than Tethered.
For anyone interested in a charming human/vampire, arranged marriage, and slow burn romance, I highly recommend this trilogy. The last installment is set to launch in late 2023.

Avina, thank you for crafting such a powerful and moving story of Lilith's journey towards healing.
Observing Lilith dealing with the sorrow, loss, and guilt was absolutely devastating. I found myself crying over twice when reading both the beta and arc editions.
Lilith's struggle to come to terms with the traumatic experience and feeling isolated in the world after losing everyone she loved was truly heartbreaking. The death of her twin, her other half, in a gruesome accident had a profound emotional and mental impact on Lilith. Despite her pain, she found it difficult to confide in anyone or seek comfort. Although she had a healthy relationship with her boyfriend, the accident caused a rift between them, resulting in a toxic relationship.
Ever since the accident, Lilith had a stalker named Letum who would leave her letters, gifts, and lilies, and even helped her financially. He was always there for her, invading her thoughts and dreams. Despite his presence being unsettling, Letum was gentle, patient, and caring towards Lilith when she needed him the most. He allowed her to grieve and cope with her loss in her own way, giving her the space she needed to find herself. What began as a few souvenirs gradually turned into a blossoming love.
Although Lilith did not fully heal from her grief and trauma, she managed to survive and accept life one step at a time. With Letum by her side, she felt empowered to face any challenges that came her way.
If you're interested in a short novella about a love story involving a stalker, poetry, letters, gifts, and a shadow daddy, then this is the perfect read for you.

Raya embarks on a quest to find her missing sister Cora, accompanied by her best friend Alex, to the town of Red Thorne where rumors suggest supernatural beings reside. While on the brink of death, Raya is saved by a vampire, resulting in an accidental bond that forever links them and makes Raya the only source of sustenance for the Hunter. Despite their differences, they are forced to work together in close proximity to search for Raya's sister.
The story is shrouded in suspense and mystery. Hunter, a grumpy and unique vampire, possesses a strong moral compass due to being turned against his will. He respects the choices of others, even when they are not given to him. Raya, on the other hand, is a strong-willed and stubborn character who is determined to find her sister at any cost.
The bond between Hunter and Raya is intense, heightening their senses and bringing them closer together. The slow-burn romance between them is amazing, with spicy moments that are scorching hot! The plot is filled with unexpected twists and turns, with allies turning into enemies and some incredible action scenes.
I am eagerly looking forward to reading about the couple in the next book, as it is my most anticipated read!

Loved It !!!
I completely shattered at the ending of Brave Heart. I never knew this much of heartache and pain since I had started to read but Emma made me cry. Reading Abraxas POV are painful and heartbreaking. But i knew that Lore would come back to him and their children somehow even if to fight death itself. This book takes part in Abraxas native home where he took his children to give them the life their desired, only to find there was more secrets and pasts than he knew. I think I've patience to wait for the final book in the series but definitely not ready to say goodbye!!

I am grateful to the author for providing me with the opportunity to read the eARC.
From the very first page, I was hooked. The author did an excellent job of creating a world that was both familiar and unique, with characters that were relatable and engaging.
Diem, a fierce, sassy, and unyielding female lead, is on a mission to find her vanished mother. She has some leads that connect her to an enigmatic person her mother last spoke to. Diem is an incredibly genuine and relatable character who frequently makes decisions without understanding the ramifications, putting her in harm's way. Nevertheless, she refuses to stop fighting to discover the secrets and truths that have turned her world upside-down.
The enigmatic stranger is Luther, with a penchant for silence and an air of mystery, broodiness, and grumpiness. Yet, beneath that tough exterior lies a gentle side, particularly when it comes to looking after his sister. His story is far from fully unraveled, and I'm excited to see more of him in the sequel. And did I mention what an exceptional kisser he is?
The relationship took its time to build, carrying a tension that could easily cut an apple. The endearing connection between Diem's brother and Luther's sister enhances the story's appeal.
One of the things I loved most about this book was the author took her time with the characters, allowing them to grow and change in a natural way and I found myself rooting for them throughout the story. The plot was well-crafted, with plenty of twists and turns to keep me guessing until the very end. The dialogue was witty and realistic, and the descriptions were vivid and immersive.
Overall, I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a good story with well-developed characters and a compelling plot. It's the kind of book that stays with you long after you've finished reading it, and I can't wait to see what this author comes up with next.

I was absolutely stunned after reading the book, and that feeling still hasn't left me. I can confidently say that this book is an extraordinary masterpiece by the author. It immerses readers into a mysterious and captivating world, filled with secrets, peril, allure, and thrilling events.
I enjoy gazing at the stars and moon as it brings me a sense of calm and tranquility. That's why when a book includes elements like stars, the night sky, and the moon, I can't help but devour it.
Meet Astraea, our main character who's a bit naive but definitely not afraid to throw a few punches, but as the story unfolds, she evolves into a more knowledgeable and wise individual. Astraea constantly grapples with the question of who she can truly trust, as everyone seems to have their own hidden motives. Her life has been quite sheltered, only having memories from the past five years, which fuels her desire to discover her true identity and purpose. The journey to find these answers is far from easy, marked by heart-wrenching losses, deceit, and heartbreak. But guess what? These experiences only make her stronger and more badass.
Nyte, the Villain Daddy main male character, completely captivates Astraea with his sweet and poetic words, always being by her side. I absolutely adored their dynamic. They have this playful yet intense relationship. The slow-burning romance and clever banter were absolutely fantastic. Nyte is just incredibly attractive and brooding, and despite being portrayed as a bad guy, I couldn't help but fall in love with him. In reality, he's a sensitive and troubled soul. Whenever he unexpectedly appears, it always brings a smile to my face. Astraea and Nyte are truly meant for each other in every way. I'm eagerly looking forward to seeing more of their story in book 2.
Honestly, I expected certain events to have an impact on Astraea, but I never anticipated the unexpected surprises that left me feeling stunned. There are little hints scattered throughout that tie into the AHCTR world, and I can't wait to see how they come together in Chloe's future books.

Delightful Book!
I absolutely adored "Can't Fix Cupid," a captivating standalone novel by the brilliant billionaire. From start to finish, I was completely enthralled and constantly bursting with laughter.
The story revolves around Trix, a cupid in the afterlife whose sole desire is to spread love in the human world. However, much to her dismay, her powers seem to have an opposite effect. Discovering that she's considered a failure as a cupid, Trix decides to undergo another transformation process and emerges as a unique being—a hybrid of both cupid and human.
Trix embarks on an adventurous journey where she sets her sights on making an incredibly attractive but commitment-phobic CEO named Warren fall head over heels in love. With unwavering determination, she takes it upon herself as a personal mission to ignite his heart with true passion.
The narration of this tale is nothing short of hilarious and utterly adorable. Trix's monologues are effortlessly cool and fun-filled; you simply cannot help but burst into fits of laughter alongside her. She radiates warmth like sunshine while beautifully contrasting against Warren—an enigmatic figure who exudes grumpiness and brooding demeanor that only adds fascination to their dynamic relationship. Although Warren has his reasons for avoiding commitment and wears a rough exterior when dealing with others, he surprisingly reveals himself as gentle-hearted and caring towards Trix during moments when she falls ill not once but twice!
As fate would have it, intense attraction ignites between Warren and Trix; however they engage in playful banter because he believes he cannot commit due to imminent separation caused by circumstances beyond their control. Unfortunately for them both, everything takes an unexpected turn when Trix finally confesses her deep-seated emotions—leading Warren abruptly ends their connection altogether.
In conclusion, this delightful narrative will keep you hooked from beginning till end! You won't be able resist being swept away by the electrifying chemistry and brace yourself for emotional rollercoaster ride that'll leave you breathless!

The Ever King marked my introduction to the author's work, and I was extremely thrilled and captivated by it! The world-building in this book is truly one of a kind, with a fascinating setting that piqued my interest. The characters' unique powers added an extra layer of intrigue. As this novel is part of the broken kingdoms spin-off series, I am now eager to read the entire series in order to delve deeper into the history and conflicts that occurred there.
Livia and Erik quickly became my favorite couple. They possess both charm and complexity, making them incredibly engaging characters. What really impressed me was how skillfully the plot unfolded throughout the story. There were so many intriguing events that took place, leaving me still trying to fully comprehend everything even after finishing it. The slow-burn romance between Livia and Erik was beautifully portrayed with palpable tension that kept me hooked from start to finish.
Moreover, I must commend how expertly-written this book is when it comes to delivering secrets, suspenseful moments, instances of betrayal, themes of found family dynamics as well as action scenes - all were executed brilliantly in captivating detail.
I am incredibly excited for the release of the Ever Queen next year because it is something I have been eagerly anticipating.
