It was more complex than I anticipated. It is nice to see non-24 sleep wake disorder or free-running disorder mentioned, although his description of it as a neurological condition for those who are sighted was not so helpful. There is a Discord community for those with Non24 and a subReddit, an image of a sleep diary of a non-24 person allowed to sleep as their body dictates, is so much easier to understand than a description.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SWspS0e148I
There is also a free Android app called Circadian Calc for those with non-24 that are free-running, so one can have a personal clock that could be 25 hours and 15 minutes or whatever one's body has as a circadian length.
I thought it would be relaxing but I didn't care for the posh accent and the dialogue with the various voices some of them being quite louder than others .There was too much description with what felt like unnecessary filler details and it seemed to be too slow, crawling to get anywhere and I usually like these types of stories.Felt a bit like the author was obsessed with herself and looking down on poorer people. It doesn't help that the narrator seems to randomly emphasize words that don't have much importance, like "window frames". It reminds me of A House in Fez which was worse than this.
Not the most well written but it's very relaxing ,dialogue and narration are a bit monotone but that helps make it low stakes relaxing. Pity it's so short.
