I really enjoyed the first half of this book but found myself quite bored by the second half. It seemed a bit repetitive and confusing at some parts but that could be partly due to the fact i listened to it on audio so i could have missed a bit

I went into this thinking it was going to be a creepy mystery but i never really got that. I actually found myself bored and kind of switching off about half way through and not really caring about the story anymore. It might have been different if i had physically read it instead of listening to the audiobook.

Although i enjoyed this as much as the first 2, i felt as if there needed to be more explanation with one of the major plot twists. I mean the idea was really well done, it just needed explaining more. I’m gutted this series is over but at least i have King Of Scars to read now!
