An excellent memoir about one woman’s journey from excess spending, alcoholism, and drug use to becoming a conscious consumer and minimalist. This story isn’t about some rich guy living the American Dream who had a full garage. It feels like it’s just an average person trying to turn her life around through means many may find unconventional. I’ve read several books on minimalism, decluttering, etc this year, but this is one of the best. It isn’t about a method. It’s her story. Very inspirational.
