I will now await the day a man (preferably Theodore) will refer to me as his morphine lollypop. This book here is the stuff that makes you fall in love. An vivid meditation on loss and life.

350 pages of me misreading Jean's name as the french male name. A light read, with plenty to offer but too much "I must be a rational woman". It reeks of the patriarchy. (Which i generally don't mind if it's tongue in cheek and if the author would have approached it with more critical wit)
