This whole series has been great, but I sincerely love each of the women that the Eaton boys got paired up with. Each one is so awesome in their own way. After seeing glimpses of Bailey, and Beau in previous books, it was really great to get to know them better. Obviously, Beau is a lot different than what we thought he’d be when we first meet him after everything he’s been through. Seeing these two connect and grow with each other was absolutely amazing! I loved the whole progression f this story. It was the perfect ending to the Chestnut Springs series, and I CANNOT wait to see Willa’ brother Ford get his HEA in Elsie’s new series!

The Baileys series by Piper Rayne is one of my all time favorites, so getting all the second generation stories has been so fun! I also love how their stories tend to tie into their parents stories! Palmer’s parents had a rough road, but ended up very happy. It is interesting to see the impact of Palmer knowing their true story in this one. I sincerely enjoyed Palmer and Hudson’s story. Something I like is that I don’t feel like there was a lot of unnecessary drama. I also like how even though it was a little messy in the beginning–them figuring out that they did have feelings for each other while dating other people–there was no cheating. It was kind of painful to watch in the most real way, which made me really appreciate their journey. I also felt like you could tell these two were good together. I really loved how Hudson treated Palmer. Since she’s hard of hearing, the scenes where he shows care around that were really touching. Palmer is a romance author, and she’s writing a book throughout the story. I thought it was really neat how Piper Rayne tied the romance she was writing into the romance between her and Hudson. This one just felt real and made me happy! As usual, they gave us a glimpse into the next book, and I CANNOT WAIT!

This duet was so fun. I loved all the characters. I love the absolutely gory horror elements. I loved all the connections that were made between these four. I loved the overarching plot line, and who Alastair and Meg became by the end. This was just the perfect combination of spicy, dark, paranormal romance and horror. A new fav for sure!

This feels like a combination of my favorite things. Like a spicy romance mashed into a horror movie. I usually only pick up standalone books, but this one had me very intrigued, so I thought I’d give it a chance. I couldn’t believe when I got to 70% that I was so involved and a lot of things I thought would have happen by then had not. I’m going to dive into the next book right after I finish writing this review. Obviously, since Meg is a succubus, lots of insta-lust is happening. I was definitely here for her developing relationships with each of the guys. I’m not a fan of cliffhangers, but this one felt like it got left in a really good spot. The unknown is more of an overall arching plotline, that I know I’m going to get the answers to the next book. I’m interested to see how it all plays out! Needless to say, I’m loving this duet so far!
