I decide to read cause of the autistic rep and I end up quite disappointed by how the the subject was flown over

same with the adhd, there could have been so much how Phoebe felt when she get a diagnosis and the change in her life with the meds, but no nothing we miss out the inportant stuff but at least she gets a diagnosis no like Grace

Did not finish book. Stopped at 47%.

I did hear that they were some misogyny in this book but I decide to still read it anyway hoping that it would not be that bad.
I was wrong and I'm quite sad that the misogyny in this book is not getting more talked.

here an excerpt from the book :

 well said Giovanni, 'these absurd women running around today, full of ideas and nonsense, and thinking themselves equal to men - quelle rigolade ! they need to be beaten half to death so that they can find out who rules the world.' I laughed. 'Did the women you knew like to get beaten?' He smiled. I don't know if they liked it. But a beating never made them go away.' We both laughed.
