Nahhh this was amazing. I think this might be my introduction to paranormal romance because what the fuck was this oh my god.

Their relationship was amazing, their dynamics so fun and natural that they felt like a genuine and real couple, the timing was spot on, it was never too slow or rushed, literally perfect.

The little inside jokes sealed the deal, jessica from radiology and grossly overexagereted just made me love this book more.

The writing was impecable and the storyline was fun and original, the spice was creative and well timed and the characters were well crafted and definitely memorable.

I definitely recommend this even if you dont know how to feel about "wolfy shit" because i didnt either and see me now. I will be reading all Lana Ferguson now, thank you.

This book was pretty awesome.
I dont really have much to say because it left me with a contempt feeling that it was a complete book. I do feel the ending didnt completely tie all the ends but it is something minor that's the only reason i didnt review 5 stars.

The writing was fitting and the storyline flowed without problem, the spice was incredible and it never felt out of place its placement was definitely well thought.

The story also has a greater meaning loaded with sentimentality that gives it more depth and decelopment in my opinion, besides also provising a stable plotline and an entretaining story

The characters were memorable and the relationship dynamics was entretaining

Overall i would really recommend everybody else to read this book

1.5 spicy

For a novella this was very complete.

It was sweet and spicy when needed and the writing fit perfectly with the story. The storyline was interesting and kept the reader contantly wanting more and the characters were fantastic. The character dynamics were amazing and always kept the reader intrested with the tension and banter oh and women in male dominated fields was successfully pulled off.

Also he book touches deep and darker themes which are written and described perfectly throughout the book, the PTSD representation was increadible and the author really did justice to the mental issues of the characters.

In my opinion it couldve gone a little more in dept between chapters instead of having many time jumps but it is understandable since this is a novella.

Nevertheless, I fully recommend this book.

And catherine cowles does it again.

A book that holds perfect balance between the sweet and spicy bits of the characters dynamics, a fun storyline to keep the reader interested and one hell of a writing to wrap it all up.

This book was amazing, perfection, flawless i dont even have more comments because it was just so spot on.

Also there was a maine coon. gained brownie points there.

And i as i have said before I will read anything this woman sends my way. If you have not read this series yet you better start.

sigh... i felt a weird pacing with this book, the first half was too slow for how fast the second one is, i feel like if the book were larger there couldve been a lot more details covered instead of having an ending that seemed rushed and overlooked.
The drastic changes in the story were too sudden and didnt feel balanced to what i was reading, for example when the mmc confesses he is in love i never would have thought of that by how he was acting and his thought process so that was confusing.
I couldnt connect with the characters and usually struggled to understand them and their relationships i know it is said in the book that the couple knew eachother from before, but in the writing -apart from literlly stating it- it does not give the appeal that they actually do and it makes the whole thing look messy. The plotline is still a tad unclear to me and the storyline is underwhelming in my opinion, i didnt feel that need to keep reading to know what happened. The spice was good and not too repetitive and the writting itself was good it was the organization of the whole book that i think was off.

When i started this book i had a feeling it would be a 5 star, but when i finished i was so sad the book was over because it was amazing.

Everything about this book is perfection. The plotline is interesting and fun, the characters are loveable and complex, the relationships are deep and understandable, the writing is magnificent and fitting and the spice was original and well-timed.

I think this book portays mental health flawlessly, i genually have no comment, i have never seen a book be so accurate about how it feels to have parental issues, the book made you feel what the characters were dealing with, you felt for them and you cared about them.

The relationship of the main characters was exceptional. I could point a perfect relationship dynamic it would be them. They had chemistry and knew how to talk to each other, they were perfect.

I wish i could read this book all over again, seeing the cameos of the main characters of the other books in the series always makes me happy and i always say makes the whole story come togather well and seem real. I dont really know what else to say this book deserves more than 5 stars and i think everyone should read it, 200% recomended.
