A lot of the plot was skipped over very quickly, but I'm not exactly the target audience for this book either. As someone who doesn't even like dogs and is probably a little too old for this I thought it was okay, but nothing special.

I wasn't totally sure what to expect going into this book, but boy was I pleasantly surprised.
I think what I love most about this book is the ending. Aza's OCD isn't magically gone or anything, but it still manages to end on a hopeful note. Everything isn't unrealistically tied up in a neat bow, and yet it still managed to feel satisfying.
What you're NOT going to get from this book is a thrilling mystery, so don't go into it expecting that.
