"Don't Believe Everything You Think", the title of the book is truly what enticed me to read it, so I bought the book! Once I started reading it, it didn't take long to see how confident the writer, Joseph Nguyen is in his opinions and philosophy, that is one of the aspects of the book which I appreciated. There were some details in this book like the Zen stories and the many many quotes in this book that made the book easier to read and carried out the concepts well. That's about all the positive I have to say as, even though I do think some of the advice in this book is great I don't agree with most of the opinions of the author. I don't think that thinking less is the solution of a lot of the problems he has discussed.
Reading this book with an open mind was quite helpful, I found some great advice and quotes in this book and generally I would recommend it. That's about it.

All I can say is reading this felt like lying down on your back, watching a sunset slowly turn into the night on a new moon and it gets darker and darker until you spot the stars, stare at them and let you're thoughts conquer your mind, you feel the earth moving below your resting body, the night breeze playfully teasing your hair and the night darkening round you.

Reading this book, I got to know lots about Gulzar saab, his songs and Indian music from long ago. The experiences Gulzar talks about are so personal and intimate it is almost such that I know these people, the people he is talking about and has worked with. Nasreen Munni Kabir does a great job of translating the classic and poetic works, such that they the complex concepts become easier to understand. Lovely book, well worth my time and I would read again. Also this book deserves more love, it should be more popular.

"Why?
Oh why Nastenka? Why?"
Is what this book will have you asking. Everything that needed to be said has already been said. I have nothing more to add.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This might be my new favourite non fiction I've ever read!
This book is about Haig's personal experience with depression and I have to say this book just made me feel seen. Reading it is like Haig saying I know I've been through worse without ever sounding cocky. All I'm gonna say is that I think this is a must-read.

I hate this book with all my guts. I gave it 3.5 stars because reading the book, I can tell kust how much effort the author has put into this book and because of that I just can't give it any less rating but honestly its not a bad book I just hate it.
This book drags on soooo much so if you don't like that then avoid this book.
I dont even want to write this review. Whatever. Im done.

There's not much to say about this book really, since its such a short story, all I can say is that its really well written. This is the first Sally Rooney book that I have read and I found it well. I love how you can tell by her writing that Rooney herself must be an observant person in real life, I love how it reflects on her writing style. I find it fascinating how she captures minor details in her writing. Thats all.
The Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel

This is an incredibly well written book, Housel explains each concept he talks about really well and although this book is mainly about psychology and finance, reading it makes you gain so much more knowledge regarding various topics, especially history.
One thing I personally admire in Housel's writing is the way he explains each topic in detail with an example. Learning something with the help of examples just makes it so much easier and entertaining. Some of the examples in this book are so good, they are in the some of the main reasons why this book is totally worthwhile and worth the hype.
Do read this book even if you are not interested in psychology or finance, Im sure you will find it interesting. Lastly, as James Clear said "Everyone should own a copy".
