Book: Her Chaplet
Poet: Varshini Suresh
Genre: Poetry
Pages: 81
Rating: 4/5

Her Chaplet is a short poetry collection by poet Varshini Suresh. The main theme of the poems in this collection is self-love.

Most of the poems in this book connect deeply and will make you love yourself a little bit more with each word. The poems are short, to the point, refreshing and adorable.

Also, one more speciality of the poems here is that they can be read as affirmations too. If you are someone who believes in positive affirmations and starts your morning with something positive, motivating, and related to self-love daily, you can read them one per day and it will help you better.

The poems here are not something that can be classified as a one-time read. The words touch deeply and it will be beautiful to re-read them. They are not something you can read and leave, no! they will be with you and you have to be with them.

Most of the poems in the collection are in free verse and the language is easy too. So even if you are a
beginner and want to try some poetry, you can go with it. Also, for someone like me who loves poetry and enjoys reading them, it has content that is new, fresh, and can be cherished.

So, this book is recommended to all who are looking forward to reading a short poetry collection. You will enjoy it.

Book: Magical Multiverse
Author: Henil Choudhary
Language: Hindi
Genre: Fantasy
Pages: 218
Rating: 3/5

Magical Multiverse by Henil Choudhary is a fantasy book with a lot of action and adventure in it. The main protagonist of the story is Neel. Neel used to go to a library very often because he had a crush on a girl who used to go there too. One day, the librarian offered him to deliver a book to an address and he will pay him in return. But Neel easily declined it because he thought that this work is so simple, monotonous, and boring and it will not excite him. But the very next day, he needed some money and for it, he accepted the offer by the librarian.

But the work which he thought boring was completely opposite. He did not know the exact address to deliver the book. He had to deliver the book in his dreams after he sleep in a completely different magical world. With each passing step, his difficulty increases, and he has to pass a lot of dangerous situations. Will he be able to deliver the book safely? How is the magical world? What will happen next? To know more, read this book!

The imagination of the author is phenomenal and how he portrayed the characters was incredible. The story was engaging, interesting, and thrilling and was good light and fun read.

While the story was engaging and intriguing, there were some problems too with the book. First, the book was in Hindi so the name of the chapters as well as of the book in English was a little odd. Also, there were a lot of grammatical errors in the book which caused a lot of hindrances while reading. If the editing of the book have been better, it could have been a great reading experience then.

I will recommend it to those who are looking forward to reading something light and fun.

Book: Rang(रंग)
Author: Rutvi Modi
Genre: Poetry
Pages: 57
Rating: 3.8

Rang by Rutvi Modi is a very short poetry collection book of just 57 pages that can be read within a few minutes.

The book is divided into eight parts:
~रंग देशभक्ति के,रंग ख्वाइशों के, रंग जिंदगी के, रंग रिश्तों के, रंग प्यार के,रंग उम्मीदों के,रंग ख्वाबों के,रंग प्रकृति के।

Each part consists of some poems related to the key theme. The language of the book is simple and they were easy to read. The poet has written all the poems in rhyming schemes which is astonishing.

This book is perfect for you if you are in a reading slump and want to try something easy, light and fun, and of course short 3-5 liners poetry. Although all the poems are not 3-5 liners, most of them are. As a poetry lover, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The only thing I want to say is at some chapters, there are only three-four poems, so if we get more from the poet, it would be a complete delight.

Overall, a beautiful book to read after a long tiring day. Also, the cover of the book is gorgeous.

Like the sun looks at the sunflower,
I want to look at you everytime.
-Lamiya Latheef, In Search Of Words

Book: In Search Of Words
Poet: Lamiya Latheef
Genre: Poetry
Pages: 108
Rating: 3/5

In search of words by Lamiya Latheef is a poetry collection that mainly revolves around the things which we encounter daily and thoughts about which we do not focus more.

The main thing that I loved about this book was the topic it covers. Many topics were turned into poetry, the things which we see regularly but not give proper attention like as simple as Mango tree. The observation of the poet was remarkable. The language is simple and can be easily read. The title of the book is captivating and is about the poems and the cover is gorgeous.

Also, while reading them, I felt like I am reading positive affirmations.

But many poems were quite simple and flat for me with which I do not feel more connected and a little more editing could have made it better.

If you are an avid reader of poetry and have read many of them, you may find it simple and sweet but if you are a beginner and have not read many of them and wanna try this genre, you can try it.

Book: The Saga Of Silence
Author: Nazirin Akthar Barbhuiya
Genre: Anthology (Poems and Short stories)
Pages: 142
Rating: 3.4/5

The Saga Of Silence is a debut book by Nazirin Akthar Barbhuiya which is a collection of poetry and short stories. The short stories are mainly of fiction, thriller, and horror genre.

The poetry in the collection is so soothing, thought-provoking, and at the same time intense that it connects deeply. Most of the poems in the collection are adorable and appealing and will connect with you deeply.

In the story section, my favorite part was no doubt, the fiction. The author has done a commendable job in this section and it was so intriguing and interesting to read.

Also, the cover of the book is beautiful and the title suits the book very well.

But there were some poems with which I don't feel connected but at the same time, I want to clarify that the proportion of these poems is very few. Also, the stories of the thriller and horror genre did not intrigue me so much because they were quite predictable for me and seems flat. Also, the page counting in the book is a little odd as the starting pages are not numbered and there is no blurb on the back cover.

I will recommend this book to all those who are looking for a book where they can get all of the things at the same time, both stories and poems. As the language of the book is easy, beginners can also read it without any doubt. But if you are someone who have had read a lot of short stories earlier, you will be able to predict the ending quite easily.

Book Review
Book: You, Me and Tara
Author: Nikita Singh
Format: Audiobook
Narrator: Saumya Tandon
Genre: Short story
Rating: 4/5(Story), 5/5(Narration)

You, Me, and Tara is a short story of around 44 minutes available on @storytel.in . It is a story about Alisha, Manav, and obviously, Tara. Alisha and Manav are in a relationship and love each other. Then because of a friendship app, Alisha meets Tara and from there, the story continues.

As it is clearly visible from the title it is a love triangle (and so it is not a spoiler). I read it honestly because of Saumya's narration. I am new to audiobooks and struggle to listen to English audiobooks especially, with Hindi audiobooks, I am great. So, for a long time, I was not interested in English audiobooks, so I listened to Saumya's narration of this book on the Storytel page. So, as soon as I get the subscription to it, I started listening to it because with this book, I am not struggling, I am enjoying it. Now, coming back to the actual story(the one I told about me is also read, I am talking about the audiobook

Book- Little Do We Know: A Sentimental Collection Of Poetry
Author: Divya Johari Resu
Genre: Poetry
Pages: 113
Rating: 3.75/5

Little Do We Know by Divya Johari Resu is a collection of 67 poems covering a wide range of emotions through them. The poet captured human emotions very beautifully and it makes us feel grounded and pure, raw or original!

The title of the book is so significant and related to the whole core of the book and is completely apt for this collection! The cover of the book is gorgeous and illustrations inside the book with poems are like "Icing on the cake".

I loved reading most of the poems. They were written exquisitely and elegantly and with the rhymings they have, it was such a marvellous time reading them. Since most of the poems have a rhyming scheme, this book will be perfect for all those who don't like free-verse poems and enjoy rhyming ones.

Although for a few ones, I felt like if the rhyming could have not been there, the words could have been more liberating but it is my taste as I enjoy free verse also as much as I do love rhyming ones.
