Very well written! Kind and easy to understand. Excellent points are made. Love that she looks at multiple forms of cults (religious, mlm, fitness, social media influencer)

Super amazing therapy type knowledge in this! Super validating! Loved the actionable items and how it tells you how to think (but like, not in a bad way haha). Easy to understand, simple.

Loved her voice and writing style! I would definitely recommend this book to people who struggle with spending too much. She did the ban in the best way possible and had great insights that would be good for people to hear.

So interesting! I wish there was more of a discussion online about this book because I feel like there is a ton to unpack. It was fun to discover more information as we went. At one part I was GIGGLING because it was so clever and funny. Amazing!

She did a great job explaining difficult concepts in an easy to understand way. It did get boring towards the end as I got less interested and as the descriptions got more complicated.

This is what should be read in schools when teaching about slavery and the struggles of black people in the United States history (except there is sex so it probably wouldn't be). Each story connects to the others. They are all beautifully written.

It was very predictable, but that didn't stop me from loving every second of it. Very fun. Loved learning about her relationships with others. Well written! Cute!

I can see how it would be insightful, but I thought it was kind of weird. It would be a great conversation starter if read in a book club!
