I can see what all the hype was about! It was seriously one of those books that is so hard to put down! Now the wait for Book 2 begins!!

This book was very good in the beginning, but towards the end, everything seemed rushed and the writing sort of became... not bad, but very elementary like reading. A lot of so-and-so said or said so-and-so. I wish there had been more descriptions of things and events. It may be a whole before I decide to start reading the second in the series.

I've set it to three stars because I'm not sure how I feel about it yet. I do know that the writing style bugged me until the end and I found Laia at times to be whiny. But I shall read on to the second book because I'm too invested in what might come.

I know it's supposed to be a classic with a good message behind it but it's just so hard for me to read. The writing was kind of bad and I felt like it was just going in circles a lot.
