In the words of Charlie XCX, Fall in love again and again 🌼 šŸ’š šŸ–¤

Ah what a grim but fun ride! Lily and Vex had such a fan dynamic and, finally, an authentic shadow daddy! I’m obsessed.

The meet cute at the end? That maybe better be a definitely. I can’t wait for the next one!

The last 30% was maybe a bit rushed and lore light for me otherwise it would have been a five star read.

I was really looking forward to this one, but only Clyde and Maya gave me the story I was hoping for.

Gwen and Bash deserved better. Their storyline was both convoluted and half baked while being rushed. Easily the weakest in the series, which is such a letdown especially for these characters and after such a perfect meet cute!

It was fun catching up with the gangs, even if it felt like rushed fan service. That said, I’m not mad about Stretch finally getting what he deserved!

What a read! The plot plotted and the mysteries aligned for an incredible (and tense) ending.

How did people wait for this?!

Seriously though, that was a lil too much miscommunication. And nobody helping Logan was actually terrible behaviour… his amata is stuck with Kaden!

Sammi and Dianna could be my new favourite ship. I am even more obsessed with them. The necklace?!

I loved that Dianna had her own time to process her grief too. The book handled the topic well and developed Dianna in every aspect. Killer!

I’m also going to need my girls (and Logan) back ASAP. As expected they are flawless and blameless. It’s not going to eat me inside out until they’re reunited at all…

The lore of this series has me hooked.

If this had slightly better pacing and wasn’t so clunky it would be a five star.

I loved the little twist at the end
although that hurt!

Such a great beginning to a series and leaves enough mystery to keep going. I can’t get enough of Liam and Dianna.

Take this series away. It’s pure agony. In a good Evermore-coded way.

I was rooting for them!!! I can’t. Especially after flopping for Romeo and then back to Christian.

But hey I’m so down with a Tiller arc.

Daisy is my favourite magnolia universe character so far, I only want the best for her
and I fear that’s not going to happen.

This book is so ā€˜So Long, London’ coded.

I loved most of the women in this book. I did not like most of the men in this book.

I feel like Tyra Banks right now; I was rooting for you, we were all rooting for you! How dare you?!

A lil slow for my taste but I’m invested now.

Easily my favourite horror romance I’ve read! All the horror nods were brilliant
that Dexter one at the end?! I actually shouted. šŸ”Ŗ šŸ›„ļø

The characters were so well written, I genuinely loved all of them. I wasn’t expecting a happy ending (it was pretty dark for a minute there) but I’m so glad we got one for all of our character. It felt earned, not forced.

Really well rounded deep mysteries.

F Logan.

Loved the several unfolding plots in this; Jake and Lana’s family bond, learning about Jake’s dad, Hadley and Lana’s friendship and Leonard just knowing basically the whole time.

A thrill! Despite the very dark plot (that was built on quite a lot).

I got a kick out of the Halloween references and cabin setting!
