Very intriguing! I don’t typically go for sci-fi but I’m glad a friend recommended this to me. It was a wild ride through the universe to solve a mystery and save the universe! I enjoyed the descriptions of the different planets and different characters. I felt as if I were part of the story which is always a plus!

What can I say? Jessica Lane did it again! I enjoyed this book even more than the first in the series. I love the flashbacks and the deeper understanding we get of the characters while still immersing us in a world where all of the gods have to find a way to get along (or not). I was enraptured by this book. I could barely tear myself away on my lunch deals and found myself staying up to read far past my bedtime. I also annoy wait to get my hands on book 3!

Words cannot do justice to how amazing this book is. I felt a connection to Scarlett that I can’t even describe. C.A. Varian was not afraid to go into the harsh details of an issue that so many people are afraid to discuss. As a survivor of a similar (and also of a different) form of abuse, I am so proud to see a story like this not only be published, but to be roaringly successful.

The story itself is beautiful while also being dark and engaging. The characters felt real. Their emotions and vulnerabilities laid bare for the world. Thank the gods for TikTok (and for gorgeous covers lol) for bringing this amazing book to me, because it has just skyrocketed to the top of my all time favorites.

I cannot wait to read Caroline’s story later this year!

Also, DON’T MISS OUT on the extended epilogue! It is amazing!!!

So good!!! I am FINALLY getting answers and confirmation of my theories in this series! I am so happy the series is complete so I can go straight into the final book. The way everything is coming together, little moments from previous books now explained… excellent writing. I am so invested in this world and cannot wait to see how it concludes!

I’m so glad a friend introduced me to this author and this series! I love the base of the story being in multiple mythologies while adding unique and interesting twists to characters I thought I knew. The overall plot draws you in while the world being built invites the reader to a magical world where peace is the objective, but egos get in the way. I want to be a part of Fenryn’s crew! I want to train with the Valkyries, get coffee with Meraena and go dancing with the delicious Prince Marron! I am already reading the second book (Fate’s Wicked Trials) and cannot wait for the next one to be released! Highly recommend!

From the moment I started this series I was hooked.  The story, the world building and the characters all pulled me in until I couldn't wait to read the next chapter, the next book and see what happens.  I loved the unique premise of women only being able to travel to Ecromos as a final option to escape their terminal diagnoses.  When I began The Other Fate, I was eager to see where the story would go, and I was not disappointed.  There was a backstory for both of the MCs and the story built upon the base of the first two books, filling in some small details of concurrent scenes to finally give the reader the full picture of the events.  I found myself rooting for the characters and cheering them on as they got closer to their objective.  I may have silently cheered a bit when one character, let's say, reached the end of his journey.  The chemistry and emotions between all of the couples as well as the friendships were well developed, and I found myself wishing I could become a part of the group!  Overall, this was an excellent read and I cannot wait for more stories from the world of Ecromos.

If you enjoy Romantasy, a bit of spice & fated mates, DEFINITELY read this!  But the other two books first ;)
