This book was laugh out loud funny at parts. It's easy to see that Mr. Halpern is actually a really multidimensional person with a colorful choice of words. I found him not much different in sentiment than my own Jamaican mom which made the book that much more relatable.

I listened to it on audiobook while I worked and it was a quick listen, the voices of Mr. Halpern vs. Justin's are hilarious in and of themselves. The end is touching and humorous at the same time.

This book is a great intro to changing your mindsets. It's a light, airy read that tries desperately to be a parable but comes off in a more instructional manner. There is no real groundbreaking information or insights (well, for me anyway) and I'm curious to read the followup book to see if it is an improvement.

I kind of felt like this book could have been a pamphlet or brochure. But since I left with one takeaway, I didn't mind as much.
