I loved this book so much!

I want to give a big thank you to Joffe Books and Lily Parker for an early #gifted copy of this novel in exchange for promotion and honest review.
This book hooked me in straight away before transitioning seamlessly into a vacay in Hawai’i. Everything was written well and found this easy to read during my mini slump. I did find Dom’s brother a bit weird, but understand why he was the way he was for the plot. Dom also lacked a bit of depth in comparison to Olivia, but it could’ve been because of the single POV. This is definitely a book to be enjoyed while on holidays or even in the summer!

This had a really interesting premise and I started off super intrigued and wanted to just eagerly turn every page. However, I started finding the story a bit too predictable and I started to lose my enjoyment. If you want a light read, this is definitely one I would point you to. But I also wouldn’t say it’s the best book I have ever read.

I do enjoy a good WWI novel from time to time and was definitely intrigued by the M/M romance with war as a backdrop. I found this to be a page turner and found the writing quite strong. There were heavy themes throughout but definitely appropriate for the time period this is set in.

This was good.

A romcom but make it dark…I need to touch grass.

I enjoyed this one, but there were some times I just couldn’t get behind the narrator.

This book was good.

This was really interesting.
