IDK I HAVE MIXED THOUGHTS
this is slow burn friends to lovers or whatever and it was cute fake dating but their bond was so quick and also it didn't feel that realistic!
kinda 2D especially the subplots like rosie's book it's the premise of the whole novel but we don't even get to explore it

and lucas and rosie (btw they say each other's names EVERY SIX WORDS NO JOKE) got interrupted so much and idk how they didn't know the other person was in love so.............

redeeming qualities: i cried at the almost end but then the actual end was predictable and stuff so i just skimmed
cute

i've been meaning to read this book for over a year and i finally got to it (and now i get to start these violent ends!) because i read it sporadically it didn't flow as nicely as if i read it over a few sittings.

i really like juliette, and roma was an interesting one: i liked juliettes pov or storytelling a lot more.
the side characters were very good, i look forward to reading more about them in chloe's upcoming stories!
but yeah i'll definitely have to reread i feel like i missed a lot

it was good! DEF more plot driven and surprising, a lot of the stuff i was like ???? how did this happen but im a sucker for soulmate stories and leo and lily were really good! the tension between them too ???? sign me up?
i wish we got a bit more backstory on them when they were in love and the five months they spent, to really understand why leo was so in love but the quotes were good and i liked!
