100 Stars!!!! Phew...what a ride this book is!! I am used to SJM's Book 1's to be a bit of a slow burn but not this one!! A few chapters in and sh*t hits the fan! This is an incredible start to this story & I can't wait for more!

This is essentially a hallmark movie. Very lighthearted,  not a whole lot happens, would I read another cozy fantasy after this one? Likely not but it was a fine first book for the year

If I hadn't read this one as part of the tandem read I think it would've taken me a lot longer to get through. This one is definitely a slow burn.

By far the best book in the series so far!!! WOWOWOWOW! Jaw was on the floor the whole time. 

The Woman in Me by Britney Spears

Not rating this one as it feels weird to give a number rating to something so personal. This is a very sad story, you definitely feel sad and sorry for the ways in which her family took advantage of her. Sad to hear someone you loved as a kid went through so much. From a book/writing perspective it reads more like an autobiography than a memoir and feels a bit surface level, but I’m glad Britney is able to get her story out there.
