loved it up until the end, which was a tad boring in my opinion. otherwise a cute read, no third act break up either so +1 ⭐️

i love cassian, and the inner circle is just the most precious thing ever, you can't convince me otherwise!

i prayed that this book would do nesta and her healing justice and i feel as though it did. but did i end up liking her? well yes, but actually no. she'll just never be my favorite character.
the ending felt rushed and melodramatic and, of course,
feyre survived yet another life-threatening situation. and i hated that nesta had to give up her powers to do so. major character death is clearly not part of SJM's repertoire.

i enjoyed this, but it just didn't have the same spark the other books did. sure, i love the characters, but come on – rhys lives, amren lives, everybody fucking lives! where are the sacrifices?

and then there are so many other stories begging to be told! so bring on the spin-offs! 🫡
