Some things just aren't all black and white. And this is so much true when we talk about feelings. We don't control who we fall in love with, and sometimes that just sucks.
Britt can attest to that, since she fell in love with her best friend's husband. So she did what she had to - she walked away from both, so she wouldn't do something she would regret and hurt her best friend. What she didn't expect was they they ended divorced all the same.
She misses her friend dearly, but she knows it was for the best. Until Adrian shows up at the parents's school dance meeting and tries to start to help her organize it. And as they start spending time together she realises her feelings didn't disapear and he has feelings also!
But what about her ex-best friend? Could she ever forgive her? Should she even try? And if she gives in to her feelings what then?
This book shows us a trouble between following your heart or your mind, and learning to live with that choice. Is it the right one? Well, only time could tell.

Well, I really do like a romantic suspence novel, where the FMC is in danger and has the MMC taking care of her and protecting her and making sure she is alright! This book has all of it!
The suspense, the danger, the secrets by both main characters, the protectiveness, and all that found family and love and belonging from when you found your place and your people.
I really liked this story, and it's characters and I'm really glad to have read it!

Charleigh is running for what semms to her like a lifetime. She has lost so much already and now she has to keep herself safe and is strong as hell to achieve it, but that doesn't help her when all she wants is stability and even someone to love and to love her back. But how can she, when she is so broken?
River is a morally grey man, that has danger and possessiveness running from every pore, but he uses it to defend and help those who need him. He has secrets and has done several things he shouldn't, but how can we not love his strong love for those he cares about?
And from the moment she walks into his life he can't let her go!

“Looking at you is like looking at the sun breaking on a new day and wishing I could hold onto that moment forever. That’s what I’m going to give you, Charleigh. A million new days where you get to wake up and shine all your light. Shower this world in your beauty because there’s so fuckin’ much of it, it’s a disgrace to keep it hidden. Gonna make you shine, Little Runner. Fuckin’ glow.”

I was always wondering what secrets they held and kept binging this book to try to get my answers. Some I predicted, but most were not even on my wildest dreams and blew me away! I loved those little twists and surprises, and in general really enjoyed this story.
I can't wait for the next ones in this series to come out.

Sometimes grief makes us do stupid things, but we clearly can't help it because some rational part of us is buried so deep we can't see trough it. That's what happened to Sophie.
She left her best friend and boyfriend, running away from her own feelings, after feeling overwelmed by her parents divorce.
When she finally realises that she might have runned away for too long she returns to her home town and finds him there, single and still the same amazing person she once knew.
She then tries to reconnect with the love of her life (because she never stopped loving him) and to get her dreams back.
Both main characters were so sweet and easygoing that we couldn't stop cheering and loving them. Mainly Jordan! We sure was like a cute little puppy being so sweet and kind, and made as swoon every time and wanting to make him happy.
It made me think of family, and christmases and how we need to have someone who loves us and accept us even when we make mistakes.

Shay is a woman who dreams of being in love. She believes that love is missing in her life and wants to connect with another person - her person. But her experiences haven't been good and she starts to think it just won't come for her. She is a vet in a small town, and on a snowy christmas she gets a visit on her clinic of a dog and his owner, and the atraction is so there.
Colt is an military man, who has returns home for the holidays. He loves christmas time and the only thing he dosn't want is being around lots of people. His dog gets hurt and he has to get him to the vet , and thats when they end up locked together.
Whey they get snowed in they have no choice but to start to get to know one another and then the attraction is not only physical and feelings start to grow.
They realise that they have several things in common, including the want and need to help the animal shelter and several furry friends, and become each day something more to each other. But can all their effort help the shelter? Can all her fears about relationships be erased? Will he stay or be deployed again?

It was a sweet and dreamy romance, to get us the perfect holiday vibe from the beggining.

I really like Dessa's and Garret's story. It made me thing of several 'what if's'. Mainly the what if I had the guts to tell my feelings. Sometimes fear can really take the lead and makes us choose badly and in this book, we see what happens when the fear wins at first.
Garret wanted to go pro at baseball, and he did. But he feared that he couldn't keep Dessa because of that way of life. So his brother took the lead and got the girl, and he just couldn't see them together and ignore his own feelings, so he disapeared from her life.
Past 10 years, he realises they are not together anymore, and he surely misses her. So he grows some courage and goes back to find her and to win her back.
I really like both characters they were relatable, and easygoing, and their chemistry was off the chart. All the side characters were amazing. I'm hoping to know their story next.. but I just hated Tony. I felt off from the start, but as the story progressed i wanted to punch him. What a jerk.
I'll surely be waiting for the next one.

In this story we have two perfectly imperfect main characters that turn out perfect for each other even with all their flaws. These imperfections could be annoying, but they really aren't and turn out really well played in them. It makes them more relatable, in my oppinion.
Maddie is a super sweet woman, who has had some very bad experiences in romance. And it turns out that the also have been related to her work, so that hasn't been working out for her. So when the latest ends up badly, she kind of runs away in secre to Ireland, and keeps that from her sisters so they don't end up disapointed in her, yet again.
Well, in one small town in Ireland, she meets Patrick, a very grumpy guy who she gets atracted to and how with all her sunshine she manages to crack and find his gooye interior. He falls hard for her, and her for him, but how can they give into something that is only temporary?

Well, I really liked this story, and I can say that it tiked several boxes for me. I could easily relate with the pressure to be different and to not disapoint your relatives. And even though that was the case, Maddie kept being positive and being all that she could be. She solved her own problems and moved on (ok, sumetimes ran). She ended up just needing someone and even herself to believe in her and to like her with all her flaws. Patrick was also insecure underneath, mainly due to previous bad relationships. And he nedded someone to accept him, grumpy and all.
The story was captivating and well written and kept me glued to the book. Very well done!
Ohh, and the pet sheep?? Adorable!

Georgia deserves a standing ovation after this debut! OMG.. this book is amazing and it was probably one of the best I've read this year!!
I was completly enthralled by this story. I kept wanting to know more and more and I had to force myself to stop and not take a peek further ahead to find out what was going to happen.. yeah.. it made me that desperate to know!

I loved both main characters and also the side ones as well. There was so much growth for all of them.
Elda was just a princess, waiting to be paired with a royal man and be submissive all her life. Until she meets the Soul Forge, Sypher, and her world turns around. She learns that she is a wielder, and she has a purpose, and working together with him they can save their world.
At first we see them as enemies, but as their relationship grows we can see and almost feel their affection and love. Sypher (and even Vel) was perfect. I don't know how but he trully was. It  was amazing to see such a broken and underapreciated man turn so gentle and caring, even after all he went through. They both grew together and seeing their relationship was amazing.

The story, and world building was so detailed that we could vividly imagine all it's parts and enjoy it.
All the book was amazing really.

But then we have to talk about THAT ending!! Come on.. WTH just happened? I could tell something big was going to happen, but hell...
I need the next one.. what happens next? How are they going to overcome that? Hellooo?

This sure is a cozy and warming story to read in a chilly day wraped up in a fluffy blanket by the fire. That's how cozy it makes us feel.

Noelle (loved the name btw, in this x-mas set up) is a recently divorced woman, who travels all across the country to spend the holidays with her best friends. She is moving next to them, and is there a more perfect way to start this new chapter in her life than surrounded by those you love at christmas time?
Cole is an unexpected guest at the cabin. He is there secretly (or else Noelle would have run), and has as his mission to win her back.
This were rocky when things ended, and some things were said that they couldn't take back, but right now they are stuck together and all those things are starting to not being so important. They start remembering why they were so good together and how it felt to be in love with each other. As the storm passes, so do their differences and they embrace their feelings.

I really enjoyed going back to Maple Springs. This small town sure can captivate us.
I was really looking forward Colton's story and it surely didn't let me down!
If you love a story with a tiny bit of suspence and a FMC in danger, and a really protective MMC, this book is for you.
I really am a sucker for a girl that needs a little protection and the men who is up in his game and goes all in to protect her in any way he can.
In this book we have that!
Leslie is hidding and scared that if her secret  is uncovered sshe might be in danger and in need to run away again. She is used to be low key and never getting much attention. Until Colton notices her and since then he starst to get to know her, and to take care of her and provide for all she need (even when she doesn't realise it yet)! I love how he is into her and falls first for her, but never losis his personality and banter.
I really enjoyed the friendship between both main characters and the previous characters from the previous book, and the ones introduced that are going to have their own story! Pecker is really deserving is story to be told since Tuft Swallow.

This sweet and simple holiday romance can be binged in one sitting.
It warms us with all the holiday vibes and makes us wonder about some christmas miracles.
We have Charlie, a happy and sweet woman with a kind heart that gets herself stuck on the road when her old 'bug' breaks down on the road. Jason is a little grumpy with a tough exterior, mut gooey on the inside. He finds Charlie on the road and helps her by toeing her and giving her a place to stay during a storm. Even though they are clearly opposites they get allong and the attraction is there. They get to know each other a little and when the storm passes we root for them to connect outside those walls. Both are a little sttuborn but eventually they come together again and some miracles happen.
I liked both characters and their interactions, and I really like all the holiday settings.
