I adored everything in this book. It had all the vibes and ticked all the boxes for me.
Who doen't love a good and funny witchy romance with special powers and a little bit of mystery and suspence mixed with danger?
Nova and Ezra are witches/wizards that have known each other for ever. They can't even remeber a time where they were not best friends. They support each other and have also loved each other in secret for a very long time.
They work together, so being close is their normal, but a few events make them need to be even closer, and with that proximity becomes really hard to keep pretending. So after some resistance they give into one another.
When Nova's life is theatened they discover an even bigger secret and face a new future together.
I loved both characters. They were so down to earth and relatable that we couldn't not root and cheer both of them and keep waiting for them to give into their feelings.
Ohh and seriously? The weddiing march was 'this is halloween'? Omg.. I love it!
This was my first read at one of Bella's books, but I'll really be looking forward to the next ones.

What if you had the power to make your biggest wish come true? How would you react? How would it feel? Would it really be real?
Well, Anna wished was married to her insta-crush and that he was all in love with her.
And Max.. since Fated I was dying to read his story and how claculated and pratical Max would be swept by heat and passion and all the things he though he hated and didn't needed.
After one magical wish to an enchanted necklace, Anna wakes up the next day and those dreams have come true. And then latter, he fell, he gave in to love and into her. But, he lost himself on the way. She lost him in a way that is also painfull. She then realised that her dreams and wishes might not be what she wanted after all. At least not this way!
After that, she did all she could to make things right, even if it meant breaking her heart in the process.
I really enjoyed this book and both characters. We could relate to both of them, and the author has a was to make us feel what they feel, with her gift for words. This series continues to amaze me :)
And we can always say.. Be carefull what you wish for..
Well... who doesn't love a book about good food and people who enjoy eating good food??
I really liked this story! And the puns?? How can you make so many and such good ones? I loved them. I was alwas waiting to read the next, and the next.. amazing!
Hazel is a food critique that is sent to Paris for a week to review a couple of restaurants and to get to know the city. But Paris is not what she expected at all. There's no romance on the streets, everything is dirty because of a strike going on, and she didn't love all that much the restaurants she was evaluating. Even the last one was just bland.
Olivier is a french Chef, who works in a restaurant who used to have his father as a chef. They have 3 Michelin stars and his boss dosn't let him change the menu. He is getting frustrated and his food id nowhere close to what it could be if he could cook what he wanted and knows how. When he meets a stunning client one evening, he only stays disapointed she wasn't at all impressed by his food.
So when her flight is delayed by a couple of weeks, she gets an offer to stay with olivier. And during this time she can meet the true man behind the Chef. He is kind, friendly, selfless, and funny (but really funny with all the food jokes). She starts falling for him, for his family and even for the other side of Paris (the one he is showing her). But she lies to him about her job, and he dosn't really know she was ther to evaluate him. What will happen when he learns the truth? Will he understand and forgive her? Will she want to stay even if he does?
This was a perfect fake dating, with lots of funny banter between characters, and I really recommend it to everyone. If you want a good and cozy time, go for this story!
We can read this story in one sitting, and welcome all the holiday vibes it brings.
It present us with a married couple that after a tragedy, grew appart and some things were never openly discussed and that brought them even further away.
Eve has been through a fire in her bakery. Things went sour from that and even if she doesn't know the reason why she finds herself alone and decides to leave her home town. One year later, her daughter needs her help and she steps up and decides is time to face her demons and return home.
Jimmy ran away after the fire. The guilt couldn't let him stay. So he ran, and spent one year away. The following christmas he returns, after his daughter's plea.
We can see all the plotting Ella (the daughter) made to get them back in the same place.
They meet once again, but with that akwardness of being appart for too long, but still loving that person deeply. They decide to forgive each other and their past. My thought is that some things were a little rushed. After spending more than one year appart, Eve forgives and forgets in a blink of an eye. I know this story is trying to relate all the forgiveness related to the holiday spirit, but it was way too fast. And Jimmy has a dicotomy going on. On one moment he believes he can't be forgiven for what he has done and the on next moment he has anger issues when someone calls his flaws. This were my only concerns in this book.
Other than this, we had a light and easy read, that can put us in holiday cheer, and wanting to welcome all the x-mas things.
This book book had something unique for me. I've never read a second chance romance where we actually see their first chance and how they failed at it. We have in the first half their getting to know one another, and even they are clearly attracted to each other they can't be together. Even so, they grow into each other as friends and start giving each other their hearts. But, after some mistaked they grow appart.
In the second half, we see the actual opposite happen. After a few years, and now more mature, with little meddling they start spending time together and their feeling become very alive.
We can see both points of view, and understand each other attitudes and ideals.
I really liked both characters. They were genuine and relatable, and the banter between them was on point.
I also really liked the sisterhood between all the sisters and really all the big family vibe.
I'll be looking forward to the next story in this amazing big family!
This weet romance takes us through the holidays, like a Hallamark movie.
We follow Roz, a small town/ islander who works at the local Inn and Daniel, a surgeon trying to get away from some of the worst times of his life.
They meet when he goes all knight in shinning armor and rescues her from her ex. They have a instant attraction and flirt and start to spend time together.
But can someone who lives a completly upscale life surrender to a small island and it's charms?
Being snowed inn and up close to Roz and her family helps him decide what trully matters and give in to a new reality and love.
This just gives all the vibes to get into the holiday season!!
This was a sweet and easy read about two lawyers. After a great meet cute (hey, what's beeter than a bookstore for book lovers?), they soon realise that they will see each other very ofter (Celia is hired to work on Anton's law firm).
They have to try to separate their behaviour, keeping it professional at work and light and flirty outside. They start to grow feelings for each other but have severall bumps on their way that make them (maily Celia) question everything theiy've been building, but they get their HEA at the end.
I enjoyed this easy read, and could relate to the main characters ( Celia was a little harder to connect because of her flight instinct every time a big bump showed up, but I got there with her too).
It was a sweet story, light and filled with emotion.
Well.. miss Erin did not disapoint with this one. As the previous books in this series I am in awe.
I loved everything about this story!
The writings, the storyline, the twists and the characters. There was no flaw!
In here we follow Morgan's, after leaving California and ending up in Montana. She sees an add for a nanny job and goes for it! She is leaving behing her wealthy and flashy (and also very fake) life, and cheating husband and is starting new.
She ends up in Grant's house, taking care over his nephews and little by little entering their hearts.
She never had been a nanny before, but she actually was so true, kind and honest that she made it work perfectly. She made a huge difference in those kids lifes, and even in Alberte's too (she cracked that tough cookie).
I loved Morgan's sense of humor. It had me laughing out loud in so many moments!
We may no know it but sometines, all it takes is one person to make an impanct and change our lifes for the better. Morgan was the glue in this family. She bonded the together, and made them realise how lucky they all were to have each other. Made them apreciate themselves and each other more.
I can say we all need a Morgan in our lives, every once in a while, if not permanently!
Grant's been burned before and honestly he doesn't trust women (or anyone really) all that easily. But he has to give in to Morgan. Even his grumpy self can't stay indifferent to her warmth.
Their relationship was a slow burn, but when it started ir really caught on fire.
I'm not gonna spoil others experience of this book with the many twists and turns we have in the book, but I can only say that all of them are worth it.
I'm just sorry to see this series ending! I got quite atached to this world and character over this books.

Ohh, what a ride!
Phantasma was everything I nedded to read right now, and didn't even new what I was missing.
This amazing paranormal romance has a little bit of everything we need, from romance, friendship, sisterhood love, mystery, suspense, action, some horror, spicyness. All in a very well constructed story and world building, with characters that suck you right inn and you can't leave the book until you finish it a couple of hours later. I binged it compulsively.
I loved both main characters. Ophelia is a strong and fierce woman, that doen't even recognize her own strength until she is forced to enter Phantasma looking for her sister. After her mother's passing she is all she has and she will not give up on her.
While in this journey through the games and rules, she meets Blackwell, and starts to have several feelings for him: doubts, attraction, lust, frieendship and then, even if she can't admit it.. love? But love is forbidden in Phantasma, and she can't let herself feel. So she ties to believe it's just lust.
Blackwell is a phantom stuck in Phantasma and in every game tries to get help to break his inprisonement. He starts to help Ophelia and goes trough all the same emotions. It is quite funny to see the jealousy a few times..
We spend a lot of time wondering what and how can they break this curse due to the game, and rooting for them to find clues and for them to give into each other. We want her to win, but at the same time don't want the games to end so the story would continue.
The games have several gore moments, so beware of blood and violence and some horror in the descriptions. Those games were surely interesting and creative.
I think if you enjoyed Caraval and The hunger games combined, with a very good amount of amazing spice, you have this perfectly good book layed out for you!
I think I can say that this is a kind of an unconventional romance. Not because of the reverse grumpy/sunshine, but mainly because of the other perks of Marcella's personality. She is an odd girl, a pessimist, and the kind of girl most people would call 'anti-social', but she isn't like that at all. She is selective and when finds out that the few people around her are worth her love she gives them all she has. Sure, she has a very twisted and dark sense of humor and doen't like unexpected fisical touch. But other than that, she is true and faithfull and honest.
I really enjoyed Marcella's dark sense of humor..
"Heaven help me. I’m only flesh and bone. What am I supposed to do with the information that he wants to destroy something"
Sometimes, and I really mean just sometimes... I would like to be a little like marsella and just be a little more mean. That kind of sounds liberating. Sure, that would surely give me some disaproval and probably loneliness, but it would be liberating 😅
Finn is a billionaire, that realises that money can't buy everything and even though he is a really amazing and nice guy, he is lonely.
So he arranges a way to get a fianceé through a questionaire. And guess what? Marcella's the right girl.
He actually falls for her true and twisted true self, and their banter is off the chart, and I can't help but love all the ways he get her (the real her) and does everything in his power to get trough that armor of hers and the way that little by little he manages to do just that.
He falls first and damm, he falls way harder.
“I’d like you to love me…because, Marcella, if you love me at all, it will be more than enough."
And then, she starts to realise that her hatred is just mild, then turns into non existent and then she starts to like him and even love the man.
I really loved this story! It was my intro to
