This book is definitely out of my normal reads. It’s a beautiful story. I will say the first couple chapters make it hard to get into the book but once you get into it you can’t help but finish it fast

This book was good but I could have been better. We needed more it just seemed like too much detail for such little information. I love Cal and Mare and hope something happens for them definitely not a fan of Kilorn or Maven they can kick rocks

I loved Queen song I would love for this to be a whole book rather then a novella but it is what it is. Wasn’t much a fan of steel scars but I do like the background that was given to help us understand what is going on in the series

I like the story I really do but the book didn’t start getting really good until about chapter 19. That’s when we start learning about the new blood and their abilities and start getting some good action. Hopefully book 3 will be better.
