I have... thoughts.

I understand why some people hate this book and KINDA understand why some people love it.

To me the book was too bad or too great it was just okay. It's true, however, that it was slow. Very slow.

Now, the book centers a lot on the relationship of Tamlin and Feyre and while I dont like that unfortunately it is important to the plot.
Sin embargo, regardless of that there is not much of a relationshit to die over. There is no real chemistry shown between them besides when it's some sexual tension. So this whoke time that she was saying "my high lord" and risking her life for him I was just rolling my eyes. But here's the thing. If she didnt go risk her life for him EVERYONE ELSE would also suffer.

Anyways, there were things in that book that could have the potential to be a better boom but... didnt.

Also, everyone (specially Feyre) felt so flat on this book. I didnt get ro connect with any character. And i dont understand why Rhysand when to vent to Feyre as if they had a kind of connection where he would feel comfortable doing so because AGAIN there was no connection.

So, I think that things feeling flat aside this book is okay-ish. It is VERY easy to read and to understand.

I... am confused about how I feel about this book. It's cozy, it's easy to read which it's always good to have. But I sort of would have like a bit more mistery???
I also feel i didnt fully get to know the characters personalities per se. Or it could be me.
Also, at times it felt like the MC was talking too much or describing more than necesary.
There's an issue that happens with Adeena and Lila that is sort of left unreselved. I mean, it is hinted that it gets worked out but never in the book is there a moment where the characters talk directly about it and that really bothers me.
Anyways, it was enjoyable. 3.5

This is my first smut read and lord am I glad for my friend giving me thid rec. It was fun, it was sexy and it didnt take itself too seriously. Obviously there are things and on other types of books I wouldnt have liked but knowing what I was actually here for it's totally forgivable.
Totally worth it and fun.

Dnf 34%

Was having a hard time getting through it and concentrating. Maybe I just picked it up at the wrong time.

Adorable.

I'm actually reading this in tapas so not fully sure if I've read all that counts as Vol. 1

I'm living and very exited.
At first I was just okay with the book I didnt find anything too great but after the first half it just got better and better.
I couldnt manage to get too close to any character but it was still enjoyable
Now. Takeshi. He does have my heart.

There are certainting that i had a bit of issue with but the book was good enough for me to brush it of.

The way everything unfolded was just exquisit.

Ps. The book to me is heavily influenced by HP & Goblet of Fire.

I got this book at the bookstore and hadnt heard of it before. So i avoided looking up info and reviews to try to avoid being biased.

Anyways, the book had a LOT and I mean a LOT of info dumping. Specially at the beginning but it doesnt really stop throughout the book. It does get a little better after like 60%

I'm not much of a sucker for any of the characters specifically but they did develope pretty well. How ever, the way El was constantly being cold to Orion just because was unerving at times.

The book could have probably been better if it didnt have as much info dumping. Since the author at time would go on a tangent and I would loose what was going on.

Oh, and the ending was real cute.

Nada, book was nice and interesting
