I really wanted to like this one more than I did. I thought it was a stretch how the stories ended up tying together. Madame Bowman was the best character by far. The two MC’s in the present day storyline, Henry & Martha, drove me insane. Idk, I didn’t feel attached to the characters or very invested in their stories, and I feel like the story could have been told in far fewer pages.

Very enjoyable Christmas murder mystery! Agatha Christie is a classic for a reason. Seems strange to call a murder mystery cozy, but that’s what I would call this.

Quick read, light, enjoyable, and likable characters! Just a cute summer/beach read romance.

Favorite read of 2024. This was beautiful and funny and devastating all at once. The characters were so human. Just a beautiful reflection on life and love and finding yourself. I couldn’t put it down but didn’t want it to end.

Seeing what the hype is all about. Great character building, I did feel attached to the characters and their outcomes. I thought it was a good mix of emotion and adventure. I’ll keep reading the series for sure!

This one felt almost too satirical to be enjoyable. I couldn’t bring myself to care for the characters, and the love story/chemistry wasn’t convincing. I feel like it should have been funny, but was just a slog instead.

Was this YA? It read like YA. You spend a lot of time with the main characters, but I didn’t feel invested in any of them. Cool concept, but the execution just didn’t do it for me.

Weirdly I wanted more out of the finale - but I’m still pleased with how everything wrapped up.

Another intriguing book in the series. I loved learning the backstory of how the silos came to be. A true saga, long books with more to come…
