This was 90% smut and normally I’d never complain about that and ngl the smut was good (also wtf was that breeding king that came out of nowhere) but the plot was fucking ridiculous and there was nothing fake about the “fake“ marriage because this was more than just insta love

Even knowing everything that happens in this book reading it a second time, that ending still broke me
I loved this I just wish this was longer and had more depth/ less insta love and a bit more “conflict”

This was very cute and cosy while also keeping me interested in the murder mystery side of the story.
I expected wayyy more romance because of that cover but I guess there will be some in the next book but it was seriously lacking in this one (for being under the romance genre here in StoryGraph and from that cover )
