This is the 10th book in the Will Trent series and to say I have DEVOURED these books would be an understatement! I have binged this series in the last week and I was SO happy to receive the newest edition as an eARC from Netgalley
Ugh, I didn't hate it but it wasn't really good either. A lot of the characters were unlikeable and by the end of the story nothing seemed to have been 'solved'. More should have been added to this story.
Meh. I enjoyed my time with this book but I really have nothing else to say about it. It was a somewhat enjoyable read, although, rather slow. I wasn't a fan of the writing style, the constant flicking between perspectives and calling each person by 3 different types of names, Elena, Mrs Richardson, Elena Richardson. Just keep to one, PLEASE, it may not seem like a big deal to many but it stuck out like a sore thumb to me and took me out of the story.
I won't give this a low rating as it's not a bad book it's just not a good one either.
