Couldn’t put it down! This fast paced beauty and the beast retelling had me completely absorbed. Can’t wait for the next one!
The magic system is so cool in this book. The first 100 or so pages were slow getting into. But I couldn’t put it down because I knew the story was going to take off. And it did. This enemies to lovers, fight together, face death together, story was beautifully written. Mostly predictable until the very last pages of plot twist! Can’t wait for the next one!
I enjoyed this read. Kept me on my toes for sure. A couple of unexpected plot twists. I’d say 50/50 spice to plot ratio. And the spice is DARK. Enzo gets off on her pain and little is left to the imagination.
This was an adorable Rom-com read. And the big tension point really had my turning pages. Miles is a dreamy gearhead and Mercedes….. er…. Kate is girlie and smitten with him. I loved watching their story unfold
