I wish I liked this more, I went into it thinking I’d probably love it, but that wasn’t the case. The writing was too quick, never lingering in strangle beautiful moments like I would have liked. I would have liked a more in-depth look at Scottie’s grief in her healing process but it was so surface level and I just didn’t get that. I would say that this book is a tried and true rom-com, but almost too much so, the ending is straight out of a movie, in a bad way.
