I really enjoyed this book. It’s a book where nothing happens but it’s hilarious and written extremely well with so many great extracts. Very interesting book, I want to read the sequel. 4 stars because got a little bored near the end but maybe that’s because I’ve been reading on a kindle for a while. This book has inspired me to write more.

This book has the most beautiful writing. It is incredibly sad and hopeful at the same time. A tale of motherhood and lost lovers - I absolutely love this book wow.

It really picked up about mid-way through and couldn’t put it down. Never read anything on this topic, a really beautiful story.

This book was hyped up so much I felt like I had all the previous reviews in my mind about it before even reading it. But I tried to think of what I really thought of it. I think it was an interesting story but it felt like all the interesting parts were left to third section of the book. I was expecting it to be more page turning - it was only that captivating near the end. I did like it nonetheless hence the 4 stars. Also something that seems weird about it is how this fictional Evelyn Huge could not have possibly remember every conversation she’s ever had??!! I guess that’s fiction...
