A sunshiney honey witch cursed to never fall in love meets a grumpy tattoo artist who doesn’t believe in magic.. what a duo 😏

This book feels like a warm hug! My second read felt just as magical as the first, and I just love the way this story is as much about grief as it is about love. I will never stop recommending this book!

I love these glimpses into Celaena’s time as an assassin! They help shed some light on some of the major events that shaped her, as well as contributed to the main storyline. While Celaena is extremely arrogant and annoying at times, I just love comparing this young girl to the woman I know she becomes 🥹

Such a great end to this trilogy! Definitely some twists and turns I didn’t expect, and I loved the multi-POV. Overall just such a sweet and beautiful fairytale and I had a lot of fun with it!

I took a bit of a break from this series between the first and second and was worried I’d be lost, but the author did a great job of recapping the first book in a way that felt organic to the story. I cannot believe I waited so long to read this one, I enjoyed it so so much! I just love the dynamic between Jacks and Evangeline, and I also loved Luc and Chaos getting some more time in the spotlight.

The ending was so unexpected for me and I’m sooo interested to see how the story wraps up in the final book!

a million stars forever and ever - this book is pure magic and I just love every single second of it! The way all of the storylines come together in the most emotional, powerful way is so incredible and I will never stop loving it.

I know people have mixed feelings on this book, but I love it! I love having some of the focus on Nesryn to give us a break from whiney Chaol, but also Yrene not taking any of his shit is just the best.

This is my first reread of the series, and I read this one as the tandem read with Empire of Storms this time! I loved experiencing both books at the same time and would highly recommend it (super easy if you’re audiobooking them too 😏)

It’s hard to put into words how much I love this book.. I just finished my first reread of it, and did the tandem read with Tower of Dawn. I loved experiencing the two books at the same time, although it was a LOT of storylines to keep track of at once!

I just love the way that Emily Henry writes friendship! Alex and Poppy are so sweet and I love the way their different personalities work together. I was definitely rooting for them from the get go!

The constant time jumps brought me out of the book a little bit and I sometimes found it tough to figure out where we were at, but I did also enjoy getting the snippets of their lives as time went on.

I found Poppy to be a bit.. difficult to like at times, but I really appreciated the character development and introspection that we got by the end. Definitely took a bit to get there though!

A sapphic regency love story that had me absolutely hooked! I had so much fun reading this, and loved the bestie mischief that came along with Beth and Gwen trying to Parent Trap their widowed parents. It was fun and lighthearted while also making me cry at certain points, I just loved it!
