This book was interesting. I didn't love it but I liked it enough to want to read the second one.
There was alot of typos and parts of sentences I had to read twice to understand which was disappointing.

I finished it. It was kind of wierd if I'm being honest. The two main characters acted like they were still in high-school and not almost 30 years old..... I did like all the chicken stuff though.

I loved this book. Read it in almost 1 day and can't wait to read the rest.

I really enjoyed this book. I loved the whole Indiana Jones and mummy vibes.
I will say that I didn't find myself falling in love with the main characters. Corrie kept saying how she hated being sexualized but then continued to sexualize herself which was kind of annoying. She also wanted people to see her as a bada$$ archeologist and not some woman with big boobs, but the only thing this woman talked about was her books and having sex.

All in all though I loved the small adventure parts of this story and I loved the ending. Will be reading the next book when it comes out.

My least favorite Crescent city book. Bryce drove me up a wall for 834 pages.

I lived for Rhun and Lidias povs but that was about it. Pretty much all of Ithans POVs felt pointless.

I loved this book! Aaron Blackford is a dream and I absolutley loved him.

The only reason I'm giving it 4.5 instead of 5 stars is because I felt like the spicy scene was very cringe and the book would have been better without it. (I love me some spice)
Also the characters seemed to move around alot and it was hard to imagine what they were doing.

Ugh I wanted to love this book. Dante was supposed to be my new book boyfriend. But literally the entire book is just them having sex. They never really get to know each other on a personal level.
I also expected her to fight alot more after being kidnapped, but instead she just automatically wanted him to $%&* her.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 50%.
I was trying so hard to push through this book, but I just can't anymore.
Ignoring the spelling errors because I get it it happens this book rushed so quickly through the story and then drug on for chapters through the spice.
I love me a good spicy book but the pacing of this story was off to me.
The MMC and the FMC have met all of once and barely know each other, but yet seem to be in love?
when she says she better go get his coffee so he won't be a grumpy pants, the driver laughed way too hard (it wasn't even funny)
Maybe I'm just a grumpy pants but I just was not enjoying this weird story.

I loved the FMC with a disease. Overall I enjoyed the story i just wish the author or editor would have done another comb over of the writing. I know its hard to catch every mistake, but their were quiet a few.
for instance, at one point they are on the phone with his ex and doing the deed, well the phone is never mentioned again. Did the ex hang up? Also the ex is never mentioned after that, did she give up? Like what happened. Another time was in the restaurant it says he picks her up and puts her on the counter, but a few lines later he is spinning her around to bend her over it? Maybe I missed something. There are more but I won't list them all.
