This book is so sweet. I just want to hug everyone. It gets a little heavy handed at the end, but sometimes that's necessary.

I have always loved fairy tales. the poetry in here is so clearly written by someone who cares for them and found the same hope, wonder, and sadness as I did.

I love the idea of this book and it was certainly a fun, creepy read. i just generally like to feel more connection. the narrative maintains a distance that makes sense for the found footage/documentary style. it was just more distance than I prefer.

This wasn't really what I expected, but Hendrix's books never are. It's so brutal and rough in some parts. And 5he scariest parts are the human parts. I really loved it.

I had a little trouble getting into the book and never felt fully certain about the world. But the end is great and I really enjoyed the character development.

This book is absolutely wild. I didn't want to put it down and couldn't wait to get back to it when I had to.

Lundy was not my favorite character. Not by a longshot. But this book made me love her so much.

This felt a bit like the extended summary of a book I really want to read. I just wanted to spend more time with absolutely everything. Mostly, I wanted a lot more descriptions of the world(s).

I keep thinking I've read my favorite Wayward book and then I read another one. I loved delving more into the lore of the compass and seeing reality break. Cora and Christopher are so great together.
