Super, super fast read. Reading a story from 14 different perspectives, except the two main characters, was different but enjoyable. Written in a way that makes you feel as if you’re the 15th person also witnessing this love story, just waiting for the two characters to get it together and start communicating. Fun, cute, and simple.

Quite the quick read. It was slow to start and the characters seemed to go back and forth on the same issues over and over. Honestly, it was rather unsatisfying in the end, with only a couple of pages describing a rather quick, yet predictable resolution.

I stayed up until 3am reading this book because I refused to take myself out of the Prince and First Son’s world. The enemies to lovers trope was obvious from beginning, so you’re left wondering when everything is going to change for these two beautiful characters, who are surrounded by people you wish you knew in real life. Encapsulating from start to finish, I only wish we could be a part of this world a little longer, especially if it meant we got to keep the first Madame President in office.

Just like it’s predecessor, The Heir Affair was a lighthearted, fun, quick read. Unlike The Royal We however, this one had many unexpected plot twists, having the reader questioning what they actually knew about the lovable characters from the first book. The relationships between characters are ever changing, with Eleanor’s development being the most surprising. Written much like the first, the reader is immersed in a way that makes them feel as if they’re in the room, making it all but impossible to do anything but finish the book in a day. I wish this series could go on and on.
