"Nawet jeśli nie wszyscy pójdziemy do raju, ja czasem w nim bywam." ❤️ Myślę, że książka mocno gra na sentymentach, więc pewnie nie każdemu się spodoba, ale mnie mocno poruszyła. Doceniam to, że zostało poruszonych dużo ważnych tematów, ale nie pojawiło się to co często widzę w podobnych książkach, czyli narzucanie przez autora jedynej słusznej moralności etc. Książka jedynie daje nam materiał do przemyśleń. Na razie daję "tylko" 4.75, że względu na pewne poczucie niedosytu, ale być może z czasem docenie brak zamkniętego zakończenia.

It was really hard for me to get into the story, the first half or so was extremely slow. I feel like the premise of the book was great but it failed at the execution a little bit. And the last line was shocking for sure but only because how gruesome it was and not form what it left me with tbh. A bit underwhelming in general.

AJW honestly has me in a chokehold. It's not sadly a 5 start read - there's something missing there. But damn, I was still blown away. It feels like he's been inside my brain somehow. That's to say, def read the content warnings 😅

I was do proud if myself when I figured out Red's plan just as she was forming it, haha. Such a brilliant book, the format and the story, the worldbuilding. Loved it
