I will start this out by saying I am a lifetime lover of WDW, Disney, and Disney history. I have been going to Disney World since I was a baby so I have 30+years of Disney knowledge and experience. I specifically wanted to check out this book because I love @dapperdanielle so much and somehow still learn so much from her extensive Disney knowledge. This is fantastic guide with great little known facts and lots of tips dusted through out. I even learned a couple things! I think anyone from first time visitors to lifetime park goers can learn something from this book and I would recommend picking it up before you make your trip. I hope she does one for each of the WDW parks, I would love to learn more behind the scenes magic from all of them!

dark slow-paced

Check trigger warnings before diving into this one! I did not realize just how dark this would get but started out so strong and dark. I did end up feeling like it was longer than it needed to be. I started getting bored towards the middle and really just wanted to know which one it was. I loved the way the POVs were set up, each sister and then the killer. That made it fun to try and figure out which sister was the killer. I did end up figuring it out, which I am proud of but the ending was not satisfying for me. It felt rushed and cut short. There were some side plots that felt like they ended up getting dropped and never brought up again.  Overall, it wasn't my favorite thriller but it is a debut so I am excited to see what the author writes next!

I really liked that this audiobook had multiple narrators, it helped me keep track of the story. There was one narrator that I wasn't the biggest fan of just because the accent sometimes annoyed me, thankfully that didn't really take away my enjoyment of the book. I flew through this one, it was an easy 2x speed and I finished it over a busy weekend. In typical Jeneva Rose fashion, there are some huge, jaw dropping twists. I did happen to figure most of them out but I think they were well hinted at throughout. I still think I liked the first one better, since I really didn't see anything coming in that one and the sequel was a bit more predictable to me. If you're a fan of Jeneva's or a fan of fast twisty thrillers, make sure to check this duology (potential series?....) out!
