4.5 ⭐️I really enjoyed this book which is surprising to me because I’m usually not a fan of slow burn romances. They tend to lose me and not keep me engaged. But this book made me want to read more and more. The reason I’m giving it 4.5 stars is because I really wish she would have written Aidens point of view. Even if just at the end.
But In hindsight I will say that his words were like winning a prize, when he would finally open up to her it was worth the not knowing his side of things, so there’s that.
Side note: I loved the references to Dallas, Fort Worth and Oklahoma! I’ve lived in all three and I’m an Okie so that was fun.
