Love, Chloe by Alessandra Torre

This review contains SOME semi-Spoilers, but not really. Just a heads up.

Uhm I just found my new book best friend. Chloe is pretty much my favorite person at the moment. Not that I have huge book bff standards, but whatever.

I loved this story. Not having read the entries on Cosmo.com I got to see the story without any opinions on Chloe. I loved that at the beginning you were not 100% sure what Chloe's story would end up being about. Or who her love interest would end up being. It gave the story more of a refreshing feel because how many times when you're single do you imagine yourself with whatever guy you find attractive. I liked this aspect of the book and kind of kept me on my toes thinking, "oh I hope it's him."

Vic - the reformed(maybe) ex, could he be the one again?
Clarke - the kind married older man with a wife who doesn't appreciate him.
Joey - the sexy, but jerky actor.
Carter - the hottest, kind, and oh yeah (average) working class man.

Be still my heart for the man she ends up with, isn't all he seems. He's 10 times more perfect than what he seems. We don't go super in depth with any of the men in my opinion, which is fine, because Chloe loves who she picks. In turn, I love him too.

Anywho Chloe learns some, cries some, and loves a ton! I think this was a great read and quite possibly my favorite of Torre's work so far! That is saying something because I LOVED HOLLYWOOD DIRT!! I mean LOVED!

Can't wait to see what's next. Would love a Joey story. And a Vic story. Anthology for this group??? Haha I can dream!

Laney isn't having the best month. From her itchy cookie to not being able to properly flush at toilet... The universe has it out for her!

I gave this a 4 solely because I already am in love with Kade. I wish there was more meat to his story with Laney before the insta-like. I mean the way they meet the first few times has me questioning his sanity of why in the world he is so in-like with her so quickly. Although quirky, the things he has witnessed wouldn't encourage me to like without more time together haha. However, this is fiction so rushed insta-like doesn't exactly BOTHER me... It just leaves me wanting a bit more.

There is a cliff hanger. There is insta-like, and there is a love-triangle. It's honesty a very short time frame where all of this happens as well... It's like a month from start to finish..

The cliff-hanger honestly just cut off at the end, and it kind of makes me mad. Not that it matters since I joined the mailing list because I already need the next part of the book, lmao. Anyway quick, easy read... Ready for part 2!

Also Rick needs to get over himself. Like why is he so angsty it's not like anyone on the blog knows who he is. Why are his panties so twisted about TRUE things being written. Whatever, he's an idiot.
