FUN. A love letter to being a lonely kid. A love letter to the world being more quiet. (Where are this kid's parents???)

I love checking out indie feminist poets and omg this collection is so good. Confessional, dark, well written, and compelling - simple words, but it captures a bit of the light in this dark volume about sexual violence and defiance.

It's good! I love seeing these kids become heroes and this volume branched the story well. The end of the Stain storyline! πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³πŸ‘Œ

Much better! Better consent! Better lore! Better tension! Taking on a "Rule" of the world??? So cool! The main character transforming??? Fun! A random fight in space??? Ok.

Easily the best manga I have read recently. So mature, thoughtful, and nostalgic for itself. People are always remarking on the past. Reminds me of the early excitement of game of thrones. The mana cloaking took me by surprise and it is remarked on so casually.

For something so obviously silly and horny, it had a lot of fun glimpses into manga artist production, content farms, and industry tropes.

Omg I LOVE the introduction of house and b boys. These volumes make dance look absolutely vibrant and body shaking. I found it fascinating how they explored how dancers get stiff bodies, such a cool series.

WOW. The story is heavy. In this church scene every single character you know is brutalized. I am actually surprised by the twists and violence. This series hurts you! Mikey entering the church - fantastic. But the scene where it reveals that Draken silently knocked out 100 kids outside is unbelievable. LOL.

Not as charming as Spy x Family, but I love that a teenage girl is allowed to be lazy and naturally skilled as any shonen protagonist. The moon is always fascinating, so count me interested, even if not in love yet.
